Petrus van Eeden, ‘n besproeïngsboer van die distrik en Samuel Twala, voorsitter van die Water Heroes, werk sy aan sy met ander inwoners om die water aan die vloei te hou. The Water Heroes from Harrismith is a group of residents that restored the water supply to the town. Petrus van Eeden is an irrigation farmer from the district and Samuel Twala, chairperson of the Water Heroes work side by side with residents to keep the water flowing.
