HIT RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION: FEEDBACK - MEETING HELD ON 9 MARCH 2020

Attendance was very good at 120 plus residents that signed our attendance register. We thank each and everyone who was able to and who went out of their way to attend our meeting.

We also thank those who couldn’t make it due to health issues, lack of transport, work and family responsibilities. Thank you for every phone call, sms and whatsapp and for letting us know that we have your support. We are extremely grateful to know we also have your support.

Committee members were also chosen at the meeting and they are as follows:

Ebbie van Rooyen - Representing Harrismith
Ludwig Döhne - Representing Harrismith
Willy Tshabalala - Representing Intabazwe
Charlie Tshabalala - Representing Intabazwe

Unfortunately there was no attendance from Tshiame so that we could choose / vote in committee members to represent this area. We will motivate for more attendance from Tshiame and if all goes well we will be able choose committee members for this area too. We hope and trust that we will have members from Tshiame during our next meeting so that we can do this a.s.a.p..

The overall comments and feeling we got from the residents, home owners and business owners who could attend the meeting was very positive.
