HOW DO WE INTERPRET THE ABOVE MENTIONED FIGURES?

1. Figures obtained from official government records
2. It seems that from 2009 to 2011 all seemed to be more or less under control
   Amount owed to suppliers more or less equal debtors (amount owed to MAP)
3. 2014 indicates no debtor figure which in itself is highly irregular posing the
   question "How accurate are these figures)
4. From 2014 to 2017 it is obvious that maladministration spiraled the situation
   out of control. This pose the question again" Are these figures accurate?"
5. No official figures are available for 2018, 2019 and 2020.
6. Should MAP at any time differ with these figures, please provide the correct figures
