HOW DO WE INTERPRET THE ABOVE MENTIONED FIGURES?

1. Figures obtained from official government records.

2. It seems that from 2009 to 2013 all seemed to be more or less under control with stable figures year on year.

3. "Less Revenue Foregone" - we have no idea what that means but assume that it is a mix of free services and accounting.

4. From 2014 to 2017 it is obvious that maladministration spiraled the situation out of control.

5. Serious accounting questions should be asked about the rates figures for 2016 and 2017 and the purpose of these entries.

6. No official figures are available for 2018, 2019 and 2020.

7. Should MAP at any time differ with these figures, please provide the correct figures.
