This problem has already been reported to the Electrical Call Center on more than one occasion since Friday. This area is still without electricity and no attempt has been made to do any repairs or to give us any feedback with regards to the problem. Can you please ensure that this problem is repaired before the end of today? Thank you. But he later confirmed that his electricity is back on and that Maluti-A-Phofung technicians did go to his house to check if he has electricity. BURNT CABLE VICTORIA STREET AT CONSTANTIA FLATS We would like to bring to your urgent attention that there’s a burnt cable in Victoria Street. As a result, the Constantia Flats haven’t had electricity since Sunday. This problem has already been reported to the Electrical Call Centre on more than one occasion since Sunday. This area is still without electricity and no attempt has been made to do any repairs or to give us any feedback on the problem. This problem has already been reported to the Electrical Call Center on more than one occasion since Sunday. This area is still without electricity and no attempt has been made to do any repairs or to give us any feedback on the problem. HARDUSTRIA - NO ELECTRICITY AT 26 LANG STREET SINCE 5 DECEMBER 2020 We would like to bring to your urgent attention that there’s been no electricity at 26 Lang Street, Hardustria since 5 December 2020. This problem has already been reported to the Electrical Call Centre on numerous occasions. Still no electricity. No feedback on the problem and how it will be fixed and by when. This is shameful! Can you please ensure that this problem is repaired before the end of today? Thank you. Regards HIT MANAGEMENT  FEEDBACK - 26 DECEMBER 2020 We have had no further response to electricity in Hardustria despite our letter to the Municipal Manager. We responded with another letter. HARDUSTRIA -STILL NO ELECTRICITY AT 26 LANG STREET SINCE 5 DECEMBER 2020 We have done everything to draw your attention to this problem, via email and whatsapp. We are aware that you have read our whatsapp sent to you on 22 December 2020. The answer we received from your phone is that you are working on the problems and that there has been cable theft. This is the last feedback we received and no further updates. Regards HIT MANAGEMENT  FEEDBACK - 28 DECEMBER 2020 As received from Maluti-A-Phofung Call Centre: We have received confirmation that CEO has signed the needed documents and that the contractors are on site. They have already started digging to prepare for the installation of the new cable. Unfortunately we were not able to obtain an ETA, but Maluti-A-Phofung will be in contact with us should there be any further updates. Regards HIT MANAGEMENT  After a bit of a struggle with the MM’s email were able to get a response from him via whatsapp. We will followup again in the morning. "He is busy attending to the issues of electricity. We experienced cable theft."
